Roommate is screen mirroring my phone!

A couple of days ago my roommate screen mirrored my phone and I don't know if he's just doing that or was able to hack my whole phone. The weird thing is that i just moved to his room and he never touched my phone or sent me any links. All the time I feel like he's spying on me. Can someone tell me how can I stop him from doing that and how can he actually do it?
