Need help removing an app

So my sister got my child a phone and added a parental lock while I was away recovering in the hospital, turned out she can't be trusted and refuses to remove said app (family link parental control) Long story short they threw out the pixel I had given her and replaced with a Samsung a50. Factory resetting is blocked, even with the power and down vol button.
