I want to root my phone

I have a Xiaomi redmi note 13 and i want tô root it but to do It i need tô use xiaomi unloking Tool, but the only way to use the aplication is by Pc or notebook, i have one, but It is blocked by administrador, do you guys know a way i can bypass It tô install programs in the computer?
