I lost access to my work account , need help

My job uses okta, I can't use forgot password as the email it uses is an email I don't have access to (hence lost the account). I changed banks recently and I need to change my direct deposit info. I have the username just not the password. NO my it support cannot help they were about as helpful as pissing on an electrical socket. does anyone here know what I can do to get in?
