Issue Deleting Metasploit

Got curious about Metasploit after reading about it online and it seemed cool. Tried installing it through the link from their official website (metasploitframework-latest.msi) but my antivirus detected it and prohibited is use. Now I can't uninstall Metasploit's apps nor stop my PC from tanking my CPU. I already tried many things such as services.msc, task manager, looking for any uninstaller, but it was fruitless. Can't even delete the files with ClamWin.
