What is this Artemis Virus

Hi, one of my friends told me about a file he downloaded as he thought it was a cheat toolkit for a specific single player game.But when he extracted the archive he felt suspicious, and when I uploaded that file in virustotal the result came out to be "3/69 security vendors flagged this file as malicious". And they were Avast - FileRepMalware, AVG - FileRepMalware, Skyhigh (SWG) - Artemis. Every other AV came out with the result "undetected".I tried giving it a shot by transferring the file to a completely different offline PC and then double clicking on it. Nothing happened, just a loading cursor and then that's it.
