How to do replay attack on RF device

Hello,I have a remote control that controls a switch on an outlet in my house (just turns it on and off) and I want to use this as a pet project to try and do a replay attack. I found the FCC report so know that the frequency is 315 MHz. I think I'll have to buy an RF receiver that I can use to analyze the RF packets and then a programmable transmitter to replay those packets.Is that essentially all I'll have to do?
