Need some help

I’ve been a pretty normal user when it comes to computers and stuff like downloading files from random links and stuff and I do some stuff with comfyui and nothing other than that .So 3 days ago my valorant account got banned cause of cheating and scripting while I didn’t do anything so I raised a complaint but didn’t really get it back so whatever . I was playing with another account while in that , I got banned mid game for the same cheating / running scripts reason which is really odd . So today , i’m just browsing the web and went to open the “micro center “ website to see some tech hardware and for some reason , It detected me as a threat and the site has banned me ?? Do you guys think there’s any script running on my computer, Is there any way I can check ?
